Pronounced (U.S.) Uesa operates a vintage clothing boutique (by appointment only) and website from my home on Capital Hill – lovingly dubbed by a recent customer as an “underground vintage boutique”- I kinda like that because I have been under the radar, primarily due to the fact that this began as a part-time venture as I worked a 9-5 until February 2009. I’ve been featured on Daily Candy – article titled “Goods Stuff”, I was contacted by Meredith Barnett, Editorial Director of ebay’s The Inside Source, which featured me in their 10 To Do’s in Washington, DC and I was also featured on a segment of “Let’s Talk Live” on News Channel 8.
