Below is a HIIT Slam Ball Workout that starts with a mild warm-up and progresses to a series of movements design to raise heart rates and build explosiveness. Please note the form used by the instructors in the videos, because it is important to maintain proper form in order to reduce the risk of injury.

 

WARM UP:
2 ROUNDS

JUMPING JACKS
25 REPS

INCHWORMS:
5 REPS

AIR SQUATS:
10 REPS

 

WORKOUT:
10 MINUTES
AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE

 

SNATCH – RIGHT:
5 REPS
