This is a quick photobomb of some of the delightful menu items you’ll find at the Flying Fish Restaurant in Old Town Alexandria Virginia.

Located near the Old Town Theater on King Street in Old Town Alexandria the Flying Fish has become a staple for this area’s diverse community. The Art Deco-inspired bar and dining tables give it a fusion appeal all its own. Inside you will find each table has been hand-painted with original artwork, and each meal is hand-crafted for maximum pleasure.

“In the late 90’s this restaurant was transformed into an experience that can only be described as “Fusion With Class”

– DC Life Magazines Editor Eugene Smith.

This restaurant features Real Sushi Grade Seafood. The art of sushi has been lost by mass commercialization, but not here at the Flying Fish Restaurant. This is one of Washington DC’s last bastions of fine Sushi and seafood. The Chef here is well-trained, and most importantly passionate and excited about his art. He is an artist that loves to create, and food is his chosen medium.

Old Town Alexandria offers much to see and do, but do not come to Old Town without giving the staff at the Flying Fish a chance to re-introduce you to an authentic Sushi Grade experience.
